An all-levels class which draws from traditional and contemporary styles of yoga. This class blends stretch, strengthening, patterned movement, breath, and simple meditation with the intention of supporting the practitioner to feel well on all levels.
Come join us to experience supportive Restorative poses designed for deep relaxation and a foundation of resilience in your nervous system, complemented by Yin poses that provide a gentle stretch for muscles and fascia. You will leave class feeling rested, balanced, and refreshed.
