An all-levels class which draws from traditional and contemporary styles of yoga. This class blends stretch, strengthening, patterned movement, breath, and simple meditation with the intention of supporting the practitioner to feel well on all levels.

Come join us to experience supportive Restorative poses designed for deep relaxation and a foundation of resilience in your nervous system, complemented by Yin poses that provide a gentle stretch for muscles and fascia. You will leave class feeling rested, balanced, and refreshed.

This all-levels class blends traditional yoga with innovative movement and stillness modalities
to build strength, flexibility, resilience and capacity.
May include vinyasa, simple breathwork, restorative exercise, and a short guided meditation—all part
of a class designed to bring calm, clarity and joy. (I teach this class most Sundays.)

well-being. May include chanting, Restorative yoga, gentle yoga, simple breathwork, and a short guided meditation–all part of an experience designed to bring calm and groundedness.
